This is a national events held in Tanjungpinang the capital city of Kepulauan Riau province.

This year, the event will comprise of the following games:

1. Dragon Boat race:

• Team: 15 pax for each team;

• Distance: 600 meter (300 x 2);

• Qualifier round:  6 November 2009

• Final round: 9 November 2009

• 1st prize: Rp. 40,000,000 and trophy
